Nicolas Sursock Museum

Contemporary art, Sursock Street, Achrafieh. 01 201892. Mon-Sat 8.30am-2pm. Closed Sun. FREE entrance, the building itself is a perfect example of the typical 18th century Lebanese palace. Lebanese and International art is permanently displayed in the intricately preserved interior.

Escalier de Saint Nicolas

(http://gemayze.tripod.com...) staircase of Saint Nicolas, the Middle East's Longest staircase, located between Rue Sursock and Rue Gouraud in Achrafieh.
