There are two train stations in Luoyang: Luoyang Station northern end of Jinguyuan Road and Luoyang Longmen south of Luoyang.

From Luoyang Station:

From Luoyang Longmen:

Xi'an

takes about 1.5–2 hours by high-speed train at Luoyang's Longmen Station

takes about 40 min by high-speed train at Luoyang's Longmen Station, 2 hours by regular train.

By plane

Luoyang Airport IATA: LYA (http://www.airport-china....) is located about 10 km north of the city center. Flights are available from Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

By bus

The bus station is across the plaza from train station, at the corner of Jinguyuan Road and Daonan Road.
