Hsinchu County (http://www1.hchg.gov.tw/h...) 新竹縣 is in in the north of Taiwan. Although the county has many beautiful mountain areas, the area of Hsinchu is best known for the IT and semiconductor industry in neighbouring Hsinchu City.
