There is a Collectivo/Bus twice a day from Puerto Jimenez for 4 US$. One leaves at 6 am and the other at 1.30 pm de Puerto Jimenez. Buy your return ticket when you buy you ticket to go there.
Hitchhiking might be possible as well since there is quite some traffic.
