We offer a very diverse menu including vegetarian and vegan fare. Our menu consists of dishes prepared with only the freshest ingredients. We bake our muffins on site, support local food companies and keep a very close eye on the quality of both our food and service. The salad we make is a favorite to many and our specialty coffee drinks featuring illy Espresso are a tasty way to put a little spring in your step for the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Hub offers comfortable, casual dining with good food, good atmosphere, good service, at a good price. The Hub also offers takeout and has a fully stocked bar with large flat-panel television. Breakfast is served on weekends only, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Ask about the create-your-own omelette or try the smoked salmon bagel, breakfast burrito or steak and eggs. Open Tuesday through Friday from 11 to 9:30; Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Closed Mondays.
